1. Definitions
"Digital Products" refers to downloadable or streamable content such as beats, loops, samples, stems, presets, templates and other audio and project files.

"Services" encompasses both in-person and online music production services, including but not limited to recording, mixing, mastering, and production assistance.

"Client" or "You" denotes any individual or entity purchasing Digital Products or Services from us.

2. Digital Products
License Grant: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Products for personal or commercial purposes as specified at the time of purchase by the Licensing Agreement accepted and shared with you.

Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Digital Products without explicit written permission from us.

No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

3. Services
Booking: All Service bookings must be requested through our online booking system and will be confirmed by email.

Cancellations: A 50% non-refundable deposit will be invoiced at the time of booking confirmation. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the agreed fee. Rescheduling is permitted without a loss of deposit provided at least 7 days notice is given.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their session. Any delays or lack of preparation may result in reduced session time without a reduction in fees.

Studio Equipment: Clients are responsible for the care of any equipment provided during the session. Any damage caused by the client may result in additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All original content created during Services remains your intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Usage Rights: Clients are granted a license to use the content for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Payments
Methods: We accept payments via most credit and debit cards.

Due Dates: Final Payments for Services are due upon completion of the session unless a different arrangement has been made.

6. Limitation of Liability
Services: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our Services.

Digital Products: We do not guarantee that our Digital Products will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection: We collect personal data as necessary for booking and providing Services.

Data Usage: Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. By using our site, you consent to our use of cookies.
