Cancellation Policy
To confirm all studio bookings, a 50% deposit is required, payable immediately by debit or credit card upon receipt of invoice. The remaining 50% balance is payable at the end of the session time booked by debit or credit card immediately upon receipt of invoice. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. No-shows on the day of the session are still liable for the remaining 50% balance. We allow rescheduling with no loss of deposit if requested at least 7 days prior to the original session date. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the session may result in loss of deposit at the studio’s discretion. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
