Spire Version: For the 170 Presets, this pack requires (but does not include) Reveal Sound Spire version 1.5.0 or higher to function correctly. Presets may not load or behave as intended in earlier versions.

DAW and Plugin Format Compatibility: Reveal Sound Spire is compatible with major DAWs that support AU, VST2/VST3, or AAX plugin formats (e.g., Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools) on both Windows and macOS systems. Nevertheless, the Licensor cannot guarantee successful loading of the Presets via third-party DAW preset or browser systems - preset loading should occur directly within Spire’s own interface, as indirect imports may fail.

By purchasing, downloading or using this product, you agree to the following terms.

1. What you are buying

This product is a digital download consisting of MIDI files, audio files, Reveal Sound Spire preset files and associated included content as described on the product page.

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product in accordance with these terms. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights in the product to you.

2. Intellectual property ownership

All intellectual property rights in the pack, including without limitation the MIDI patterns, audio demonstrations, Reveal Sound Spire presets, sound design, text, branding, graphics, downloadable materials and any original included content owned by us, remain the property of Dave Parkinson Studio and/or its licensors.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Permitted use

Subject to these terms, you may:

download and use the pack for your own personal studio use;

use the MIDI files as a starting point, reference or creative tool in the creation of your own original music;

edit, transpose, rearrange and modify the MIDI files for your own productions;

use the included audio files for preview, reference and production purposes;

use and modify the included Reveal Sound Spire presets within your own music productions;

render, release and commercially exploit new original musical works you create using the pack, provided those works are sufficiently transformed into your own production and do not amount to a resale, reproduction or near-copy of the original supplied files themselves.

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

share, transfer, sublicense, rent, lend, gift or distribute the pack or any part of it to any other person;

upload the files to file-sharing platforms, forums, cloud folders, torrent sites, sample sites or public/private download groups;

resell, repackage, relabel or redistribute the pack or any part of it, whether modified or unmodified;

include the MIDI files, audio files, Spire presets or any other supplied content in any other sample pack, MIDI pack, preset pack, template pack, educational product or commercial bundle;

claim authorship or ownership of the original MIDI files, audio files, presets or pack content itself;

use the product in a way that infringes any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Release restrictions

This product is sold as a creative production tool.

You may use it to help create your own tracks, but you may not simply release, distribute or commercially exploit the supplied MIDI files, audio files or preset content “as is” or in a form that is substantially similar to the original supplied files.

Any commercial release created with the help of this pack must be your own original work and must contain meaningful creative changes and independent production input by you.

For clarity, you may release commercial music that uses edited or transformed versions of the MIDI files and/or Spire presets, provided the resulting track is a new and original production created by you.

6. Third-party software and plugin requirements

The MIDI files and audio files may be used in any compatible DAW or software environment that supports the relevant file formats.

The included presets are designed for use with Reveal Sound Spire. Reveal Sound Spire is not included with your purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required third-party software licences, including any licence required to use Reveal Sound Spire.

7. Compatibility and future-proofing

We will describe the product as accurately as reasonably possible at the time of sale. However, we do not guarantee that the pack will remain fully compatible with all future versions of:

digital audio workstations;

operating systems;

Reveal Sound Spire;

plugin preset formats;

MIDI, audio or file standards;

or any other software or operating environment.

Software platforms, plugins and file formats can change, become unsupported or obsolete over time. We are not responsible for incompatibility arising from future software, operating system or plugin changes outside our control.

8. Third-party content

Where this product references or is designed to work with third-party software, trademarks or plugins, those remain the property of their respective owners.

Your use of any third-party software, samples, presets or content is subject to the terms imposed by the relevant third-party rights holder.

9. No guarantee of artistic or commercial outcome

We do not guarantee that use of this product will result in:

label signings;

streaming success;

chart placements;

sync placements;

improved production results;

compatibility with your specific workflow or studio setup.

Results depend on the user’s own skills, software environment and creative decisions.

10. Digital downloads, cancellations and refunds

This product is supplied as digital content.

By completing your purchase and starting the download or accessing the files, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that your standard cancellation right may be lost once download/access has begun.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If the digital content is faulty, not as described or we did not have the right to supply it, your legal rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

11. Support

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase of the product does not include ongoing technical support, software updates, plugin updates, compatibility maintenance or future revisions.

Any support offered is provided on a reasonable endeavours basis only.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption or studio downtime arising from use of, or inability to use, the product.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Breach

If you breach these terms, your licence to use the product terminates immediately and automatically. We reserve the right to take action to protect our intellectual property and enforce these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
