Licensing Agreement: IMPORTANT

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (the “Licensee”) and David Nathan Parkinson t/a Dave Parkinson Studio (the “Licensor”) regarding your use of the Reveal Sound Spire presets contained in this pack (the “Presets”).

1. License Grant

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, royalty‑free license to use the Presets for creating original music and audio productions.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Presets remain with the Licensor. This Agreement does not convey ownership to the Licensee.

3. Permitted Use

The Licensee may:

• Use the Presets in commercial and non-commercial musical compositions.

• Include the Presets in music distributed via streaming, physical media, or other formats.

• Modify or layer the Presets within their music productions.

4. Prohibited Uses

The Licensee may not:

• Resell, distribute, sublicense, share, or make the Presets available as part of any sound library, preset pack, sample pack, or product.

• Use the Presets in isolation as part of any product that competes with exactly what this pack provides.

• Upload the Presets or any derivatives to preset-sharing platforms or forums.

5. Single‑User License

This license is for one individual or entity only. Sharing, internal distribution, or installation on multiple users’ systems requires additional licenses.

6. Compatibility & Version Requirements

• Spire Version: This pack requires (but does not include) Reveal Sound Spire version 1.5.0 or higher to function correctly. Presets may not load or behave as intended in earlier versions.

• DAW and Plugin Format Compatibility: Reveal Sound Spire is compatible with major DAWs that support AU, VST2/VST3, or AAX plugin formats (e.g., Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Pro Tools) on both Windows and macOS systems. Nevertheless, the Licensor cannot guarantee successful loading of the Presets via third-party DAW preset or browser systems - preset loading should occur directly within Spire’s own interface, as indirect imports may fail.

7. Warranty & Liability

The Presets are provided “as is”, without any warranties. The Licensor disclaims liability for any damages arising from use of the Presets.

8. Refunds & Support

All sales are final unless otherwise specified. If your version of Spire does not meet the stated minimum requirement, please ensure compatibility before purchase. For support or questions, contact: dave@daveparkinsonstudio.com.
